I agree with the review on Apr 13, 2024. I ordered the same humming bird wind chime feeder on March 21, 2024 and only received it yesterday, May 14, 2024, 8 weeks later! The humming bird wind chime feeder I did receive was the same as the April 13th's reviewer, cheap plastic globes instead of the real glass ones advertised. The initial tracking number showed the package coming from Finland, but after a month had gone by the tracking number terminated in a North Carolina ship receiving (?). When I inquired about that they sent a new tracking number with the chimes now coming from China. When I inquired about that, they said they have many suppliers and to be patient!!! I looked to cancel the order...but not possible. After receiving the cheap product, I looked to return it, but they do not accept returns after 30 days. How can one return something you didn't receive for 60 days?
I highly recommend not purchasing from this company!!

This company over charged me. My credit card statement and the confirmation amount did not match.
They never sent my package and gave me the run around when asked where my package was. When I emailed them about my missing package they sent me another tracking order number. Now I have two tracking numbers and none of it matches up. One said lost and the other magically popped up and said delivered. I asked many many times for a refund or a replacement and they blamed it on the carrier. I have been emailing with them for almost two months and had to go through pay pal to try to get my money back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

THis is a complete scam ... they advertise their product on FB as a windchime and the pieces appear to be beautiful blown glass. Upon ordering, it's clear that its coming from overseas (China) and 8 weeks later you finally take delivery of a collection of cheap plastic that cost probably 25 cents to manufactuer. When you then seek to return for a refund, they play all kinds of games asking you to send pictures or videos and ultimately tell you that they will refund your purchase if you return the item to China at your own expense which would cost 5x more than the product was to begin with. There's a litany of complaints on Facebook and the internet about this scam but so far Paypal (the only means to pay for the product) hasn't shut them down. THEY NEED TO!!!

Finally received hummingbird feeder after waiting 6 weeks! Plastic not glass! I’m shocked this site is allowed to advertise on social media. It should be banned! False advertisement

Don’t order from here! Ordered a “ hand blown hummingbird feeder” . Received a plastic piece of crap! Still in the process of trying to get my money back! They offered $3. Reported situation to pay pal.
The item is not as advertised, and it came from China, even though the initial tracking showed it was coming from Ireland! Also took forever to arrive! Totally fraudulent ! Would have given a minus star rating if possible!

The product I received was a plastic junk hummingbird feeder. The product advertised was supposed to be glass. This junk I received is useless. No way to fill or clean. This company is a ripoff. Stay away from ordering anything from them. I'd rate zero but no way to do it. Plus it took a month to get the junk. Price for junk was exorbitant but for the hand blown glass would have been decent.

This company needs to learn to not falsely advertise. I had purchased something else from them before, and it was exactly as advertised. They advertised a handblown hummingbird feeder. Instead, I received a molded plastic piece of crap.

I'm being generous with 1 star. The humming bird wind chime feeder is nothing like the real glass one you're given pictures of. It took a machine no time to pump out the cheap plastic globes that are sent out. They don't refund sale items but as a goodwill gesture they offered me $3.00. Such an insult! The tracking of your package will lead you to believe it's coming from Italy not China, it's true origin.

Not glass balls. Cheap plastic that will kill your hummers. Said from Sweden took 6 weeks but not Swedish. And they added 10$ to bill without notice. Cheap Chinese junk. Total scam. After 20 conversations they keep lying. Working with bank for refund. Don't buy from this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The handblown wind chime feeder is hideous plastic garbage. I have exchanged 25 emails with them back and forth since the day I received it. They refuse to give me a return address, stating that I need to return the item to China and shipping will be expensive. They have offered me anywhere from $3-$13 in refund while I demand a full refund due to false advertising. Their "24/7 customer service" doesn't appear to be the case. They consistently email me during overnight hours and I respond to their email first thing when I wake up. They do not site their return policy, just send poorly phrased one to two sentence emails back to me.

Is it legal to not provide a return address? Is it legal to require senders to mail the "handblown glass" to China? BTW it allegedly shipped from Italy.

Also, the actual charge on my credit card was full price, despite the order confirmation honoring a discount, so I have also been working with my credit card company to make the adjustment.

After waiting a month to get this "hand blown" glass feeder, I was shocked to see it was cheap, ugly plastic! Besides the fact that these are hideous, I don't know how you could fill or clean these as the hole is not much bigger than a pen. There is so much I can say about the FALSE advertising, but these would never be put out for my hummingbirds. Let's see the response for my refund.

My cc was charged right away, but it took over a month for it to arrive and when it did what a horrendous disappointment. It was described as hand-blown art glass feeder balls, but when I received it, the balls were plastic. No way to open them and clean them properly. The pictures (as well as the physical description) are obviously bogus.

Hello, I finally received my order I cancelled the refund request. it was not broken. It is a cute item, but my review below still holds .
Even 1 Star is too many! Got the complete runaround, for 2 months said my order is en route! No help from tracking or CS! I would never order anything from them. I am now disputing on my CC to get my money back!

UPDATE 04/18/24: The hummingbird balls all leak! This is truly an useless item!
I have filed a claim on Paypal and provided pictures, which I can't seem to attach here. This is what I wrote to Paypal:

I finally received my purchase after 2 months. However, the Charming Wind Chimes Hummingbird feeders was not the same as shown as from the website. In the website, it shows a video of the hummingbird feeder ports as a simple snap on to remove when it actually was a plastic insert that is very difficult to insert back in place. Also, the site claims that the hummingbird feeders are made of hand blown glass when in reality, it is just a cheap plastic ornament type ball.
I have included a picture of the feeder port and you can clearly see in the picture that it is not a glass ornament, but rather a cheap plastic ball.

I want a full refund.

Everyone else's negative reviews about Montivate a.k.a. Banbain Trade Co., Limited is spot on. I got the runaround since day 1 with it's fake tracking number, I got charged about $20 more for a so called "shipping insurance" surcharge despite these charges not showing up on my receipt, yet it showed up on my Paypal account. Also, my receipt shows the purchases as being "unfulfilled" after 3 weeks, meaning that my purchases still haven't even shipped yet. All I got was empty promises from their fake customer service. Let's put these fake scammers out of business!

My Hummingbird Feeder purchase was a spontaneous one, so unlike most all of my online purchases, I did not check out the reviews. My bad judgement. Ordered this item on 11/30 and still have not rec’d it. As recently as today, I was told it is still in transit. Lots of attempts to contact them, and Banbain, and their shipper, all with replies containing no real info and no phone to make contact. So, obviously, this item ain’t coming. But I did use PayPal for payment, so I‘m hoping I’ll get some relief. Would have like to get the item, but at this stage, I just want to crash this bogus company.

Ordered on December 16, should have been enough time for Christmas. Stocked out in the USA so shipped one from Italy and one from China. Italy customs held that one for 4 days then took 3 days to fly to the US, where it now sits in US customs (January 6). The one from China made it to the US around year end, but was confiscated by USPS for counterfeit postage. Customer service has asked me to be patient, and wait for delivery. REALLY? COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE!!! It’s never going to be delivered.

Credit was issued Jan 12, 2024.

I got near daily tracking emails from them and they arrived faster than I expected. The hummingbird feeders are cute, tho the birds haven’t found them yet. I don’t think functionally they are any different than the others I’ve used and there is no mechanism for opening/closing the ports as they claim, but the small size makes it easy to clean and replace the sugar water. So far I’m satisfied with my purchase and impressed with their email communications. These shipped from Denmark.

Anytime you deal with commodity dealer from outside the US expect a 50/50 chance if a bad experience. Montivate did “supposedly” send a refund after much belly aches. All in all they were stand up and not scammers.
