Montrose Health group has been a life saver for us as a family. Dealing with teenage alcohol issues is like a black hole in terms of the NHS and other private providers. On trying to find professionals to help our daughter, all I heard was "we can't help until she's 18" and in most of those cases it was only residential help which didn't fit her needs at all.

I stumbled across Montrose, thankfully, they are entirely the opposite to the rigid delivery of care I'd heard everywhere else. We met with the programe manager, who was so reassuring, he understood!! From there we had a bespoke plan of recovery, and we've discovered something else in that journey; that our daughter has ADHD which goes a long way to explain her difficulties recently. She's now been assessed under Montrose and we're continuing her recovery with them. We've discussed lots of different options and ways to help her with Montrose, and they have the specialist professionals ready to help. Another positive is that they make the cost fair, they are definitely not out to make as much money as possible, which some may fear. I'm pretty sure we'll remember the effort and impact of Montrose for ever.

Montrose did exactly what was promised. Their broad knowledge of the infinite variations of support we individuals may need, allowed them to package a truly appropriate program with a team of experts most likely to help. The time and potential false starts this has saved me is incredibly valuable.

I experienced one of the Montrose retreats during a very difficult time for me and the attention to detail, the listening ear of the organizers were so speacial and rare. As a result I walked away with a sense of peace that had seemed alien to me when I arrived. I am so grateful to the whole team.
