Unprofessional, rude, abrasive

I found the agent I dealt with, Martyn Pickering, to be very confrontational and unprofessional.
I was requesting a car quote this month. He was aggressive to me as I had previously got a home insurance quote which I didn't go with two years ago. It seems to me he expects his potential clients to accept his proposal and hand over the money without doing any shopping around and throws his toys out of the pram when you get a better quote. AVOID this man.

Totally useless in my experience. Avoid this insurance broker.

I approached the branch in Lavalenat, asking if I they could recommend an insurance policy that I could buy. I spoke by email to Martyn Pickering an English person or fluent in English apparently.

My experience was that he is an incredibly unhelpful person with a chip on his shoulder, spreading doom and gloom. Arrogant and actually quite aggressive over email. Totally useless in my experience. Avoid this insurance broker.
