Moocharoo Ninja started in 2018 as a crypto trading education platform, built around automated trading bots that ran on each user's own private server — never on ours. We never held customer funds or exchange API keys; users kept full control of their own accounts on Binance, Vultr, and other platforms, while we provided the tools and system. Today, Moocharoo Ninja is evolving into a stock-first trading education platform, helping traders build discipline and track real, verified performance — trade history, risk metrics, consistency — rather than chasing short-term profit. Our original crypto tools and bots continue as a focused offering for members who want them, while the core platform now centres on structured, long-term trader development for US and international stock markets. We're a small, founder-run business, not a faceless company — if you've had an issue with your account, past or present, get in touch directly and we'll sort it out.

Sorry to hear you lost money — trading always carries risk, and that risk sits with the trader, not the tool. A bot follows the strategy and settings you choose; it doesn't guarantee profits, and no legitimate trading product can promise that. If a specific strategy or market condition caused losses, I'm happy to look at what happened, but "I lost money" isn't the same as "I was scammed."

On the video point — there's a long public history of content on YouTube going back to 2018, including trading breakdowns, strategy explanations, and platform updates. That's all still there for anyone to review.

To be clear on how the system worked: Moocharoo Ninja never held customer funds or exchange API keys. The bot ran on each user's own private server, using their own Binance account, with full control over settings — including switching to sell-only or exiting the market entirely at any time.

If you'd like to discuss your specific account or settings, I'm glad to — just get in touch directly.

Sorry you're unhappy with the results, but a few points need addressing.

A trading bot executes the strategy and settings a user chooses — it doesn't manufacture profit regardless of market conditions. 2022 was a brutal bear market across all of crypto; most trading approaches, bots included, struggled during that period. That's a market condition, not a malfunction.

I can't respond to a "private group" of unnamed members I have no visibility into, and I'd ask that people be cautious treating a self-published YouTube video as independent "evidence" — it's one person's account, not verified proof of anything.

To be clear on how the system actually worked: Moocharoo Ninja never held customer funds or exchange API keys. The bot ran on each user's own private server using their own Binance account, and settings — including switching to sell-only or exiting the market completely — were always in the user's control.

If you have a genuine account and want to discuss what happened, I'm happy to look into it directly.

BEST COMPANY TO BUY SPOT TRADING BOT. THEIR BOT GAVE ME 90% PROFIT IN 3 MONTHS IN THE BULL MARKET. IN THE BEAR MARKET ALSO STILL MY PORTFOLIO 40% PROFIT. AND OUR FUNDS ARE IN OUR EXCHANGE. NO NEED TO WORRY. BEST BOT

Thank you for the kind words and for confirming an important point yourself — your funds and API keys stayed on your own exchange account the whole time, never with us. That's exactly how the system was designed.

Worth saying plainly: results like these came from a strong 2021 bull market combined with sensible use of the settings (sizing, coin selection, knowing when to adjust) — not from any bot "magic." The same tools used carelessly, or held rigidly through a change in market conditions, can just as easily lose money. Glad it worked well for you, and thanks for taking the time to leave this.

Paid for a lifetime membership, after just 12 months he puts me back to a none member.

Paid for a lifetime membership, But after just 1 year he removed my membership as expired, This is theft and i would stay away from this site, He never answers messages, He just wants your money.

Sorry to hear this — genuine lifetime memberships we sold were set with an expiration roughly 80 years out, so a 12-month cutoff isn't how that product was ever configured. If your access was removed after a year, it's worth checking whether an annual membership was purchased rather than a lifetime one — a common mix-up is watching an older promotional video after the offer had already ended or changed, and assuming the terms shown still applied.

"Theft" isn't accurate here either way — no funds were withheld, and if there was a genuine account error on our side, it's fixable, not theft.

I don't recall seeing a message from you about this — if you get in touch via Discord with your account email, I'll check the records myself and sort it out if something went wrong on our end.
