I’m an insomniac
I’m an insomniac. Which means that I need help with falling asleep & staying asleep. I’ve tried, I’m sure a dozen sleep aids over the years. With that being said, I’m now in my 60’s and am tired of the medical meds that left me feeling like crap the following morning.
