Up at milton keynes in the centre Dan is the best person to go to for advice fragrance wise his customer service was phenomenal I would recommend him for anyone who would like to buy any aftershave such a decent guy so yh my experience today was a good experience for sure

Popped by the Brent Cross branch today and was helped by Rebecca. She was so patient and suggested scents based on the scents we were telling her we enjoyed. She picked out the perfect scent for us and was so great. Had a great experience and would come back again because of her. Will be recommending to my friends.

Used the product no more than a dozen times and it’s already stopped working. Overpriced cheap Chinese made product.

Their fragrances however are exceptional. So don’t buy their machine but do their products.

I have a bad experince with online order as i got three set and test all and found that one of them was not as expected at all and chat onpime with them to see how can i change it then advised me to visit the neatrst branch. When i asked the seller to change and explained frankly for her the situtaion she did a call and informed me as long as you tested even with minmum ,we can not exchange and when she compared it with a new one atbher end there is almost no differnce however they rejected to exchange. I told her hiw. Ould i know the smell without spray it with minmum as you aware that such set used with minimim usage even for the normal use.

Doenst last long smells like medicine when you first put it on settled okay but doenst last more than 2 hours sprayed it once doubt I can return it now

Worker here very inappropriate. Couldn’t care less if your in a relationship, will inappropriately flirt with your partner, to the extent where she literally leans over the counter. Couldn’t catch her name but she was blonde. Shocked, very inappropriate behaviour, we probably would have bought one but both felt extremely uncomfortable so left.

Very pushy associate don’t recommend to smell they’re perfumes here in Brent Cross the guy sprayed my cardigan without even asking my permission, multiple times! And then proceeded to push us into buying the perfume by saying that we don’t have money at the moment to pay for it. Disgusting associate he is tall with dreadlocks, avoid the associate. Absolute psycho.

Excellent staff ,very knowledgable about the products. I was grateful for the time and attention both Becca & Dan gave to me & my family as we spent a lot of time trying out different scents..Dan & Becca demonstrated how the individual scents can be mixed to create my own signature scent -Highly recommend little spot in Brent x shopping centre.,

I had an amazing experience at Mood - the customer service from Rehan from the Milton Keynes store was 10/10 - I got 3 sprays and 3 oils. I will definitely be returning!!
