Same story as other reviews. Ordered men's boots which were advertised as leather/hand made etc. as part of a closing down sale of a UK company.
Took over 4 weeks to arrive and sadly not handmade as advertised. Plastic glued on soles, not hand stitched etc. I assume from China or equivalent country? Website seems to be 'down' due to maintenance? Have sent email to their support email address requesting return of money and how to return their goods. Await reply. Will update once I hear more, but sadly not expecting to get my money back. For now Recommend you DO NOT USE moodclothing.uk

This website is a scam. Zero stars. Do not buy from them. I wanted some new boots. The pictures on the website looked very good and the boots were half price. When they arrived several weeks later they were made of cheap materials and were nothing like the advertised item.
I'm still trying to get my money back. They keep offering a discount on the price, which I am not accepting. They say I will have to return the boots to China ! before they will refund my money. Caveat Emptor.

Really poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The website implies that the shoes I purchased were from an artisan boot maker who is closing down. This is just false advertising. The boots were fake leather and certainly not handmade as advertised. I also bought what was sold as a suede jacket. When it arrived the sleeves were made of a thin fleece material with a cheap imitation of suede as a kind of tank top over the top of it. Really awful clothing. I really should have known better. The website implies it is British not Chinese. I have instigated a return but I don’t expect to get my money back. £160 wasted. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible, AVOID AVOID AVOID! If only i could give 0 stars..
Made excuses and ignored my requests for a cancellation, I received the product.. As suspected.. the handmade leather product were neither handmade NOR leather.. Plus the ad stated a closing down sale, and they admitted via email they were a new start up.. So the advert lied... These people cannot be trusted...
Awful experience, Even when i paid through the so called paypal secure process, they have made it a nightmare... still trying to get it returned... not holding my breath... UPDATE, After telling me I could return them, they are now saying i CANT return them... Further UPDATE, Having reported them for using fake endorsements they have taken their website down and are Citing "Terms & Conditions" Which were not on display at the time of purchase
