Christmas gift
I received two 100ml bottles of Mood Essential Oils but unfortunately one was leaking. As they are for a Christmas gift I informed the company and they promptly sent me a replacement bottle and an extra 10ml for the inconvenience caused.
The bottles were well packaged and I would use the company again.

Poor product…poorer Customer service
I bought a diffuser and oil but wouldn’t buy again. The diffuser is poorly designed with the diffuser regulator frequently getting jammed at the top. After a week the diffuser stopped working altogether so I emailed Mood. Their response was that I should take it back to where I bought it (Manchester 20 miles away). So, in addition to the problem I had with the diffuser they added another problem that I now had to make an additional trip just so that they could rectify their problem. Ultimately I decided that it just wasn’t worth it given the poor design and threw the diffuser away. A complete waste of money…I’ve gone back to my cheap £25 diffuser from Amazon.

As a long standing customer
As a long standing customer, I can honestly say this company's oils are amazing and pure. I have a cottage cleaning bundle- ( Inc laundry, bathroom, carpet, kitchen, car and general everyday all purpose) ; A medical kit bundle; a feed for the leather couch and all shoes which I also use to feed my banjo, a moth repellent and wardrobe freshener.
The prices are extremely reasonable, the essential oils are high quality. Their uses are endless. I have tried other branded oils and have found the smell and the quality degrade pretty quickly UNLIKE these oils.
The website is easy to navigate and there is an in-depth informative text and photo of each product, their uses and ways to blend for chosen use, whether it be used for personal physical or mental care; household or garden care & regeneration - (dilutions for bugs&pests or to aid root growth(cinnamon being one option).
Delivery is both fast & secure and the team are knowledgeable about their products and uses.
The site goes even further and sells essential oils in starter bundles for each requirements.
Honestly, short of hand delivery, they've got it covered! Thank you 🤗
