Better bottles needed for shipping
Very nice essential oils, but they need to get much more spill resistant bottles or a different way to ship. The bottles arrived in a jiffy bag inside a box, and the inside of the jiffy bag was very pungent as 10 to 20% of each bottle leaked inside it even though the bottles were shut.

A very satisfied customer
The products are good quality and value for money. They are very helpful with any problems you might have. The deliveries are always on time and put in a safe place if I am not home. The staff are very friendly and will help with anything.

Love your oils, they are amazing! Although havnt been able to order in a while as ive noticed you cannot buy through clear pay anymore? I use clear pay quite regularly easier for me to spread the cost.

Amazing customer service, extremely helpful. I have tried a few different companies for essential oils and mood essential oils are by far the best. They work perfectly within my candles and my customers love them.
Highly recommend trying them.

Very Good
Bought some elephant pants. Really super quick delivery and they seem good quality. They did smell of Essential Oils (a nice smell) but no issue as once washed where fine. Would shop here again

Artificial flower display

Bad communication no delivery guarentee
I have tried contacting the company via fb messenger aswell as a few emails to no response.
I paid for a quicker delivery but my order was sent via the free delivery option which I am still waiting for.
Aswell as being late I have no idea if it will show up because they cant communicate.
So I have paid for a service I have not recieved.
That's the 4th email sent.
Facebook message was read and ignored.
