Super comfortable and the colour is really natural

I love moodylenses and always recommend their silicone hydrogel lenses to people on social media. I even cancelled my prescription with my other contact lenses provider. Shipping has always been fast for me and arrived under 2 weeks.

Recently I had an issue with one of the pairs of lenses, and the whatsapp customer service team were very friendly. They promptly helped resolve the issue and sent a replacement. I will absolutely continue to be using their products, and looking forward to new releases :)

I love their lenses and how comfortable they are. My eyes get dry if I wear contact lens for the whole day but surprisingly, theirs didn’t dry mine out. It could be just my personal opinion.

The customer service is also excellent. I was trying to get my lens during a promotion and was experiencing some issues. The agent got back to me quickly and got my issue resolved on the same day.

I had struggled for years to find a comfortable lenses, because I have high astigmatism. Moodylenses that I ordered are not designed for that and still I wear them for more than 12 hours sometimes and I don’t have any discomfort, I even forget that I am wearing them sometimes. I love them and I like most of the colors that I tried. They arrive fast, in my case 2 weeks to Europe. Their cleaning device is so helpful when you are tired and you don’t have the energy to cleanse them. And the costumer service was super fast answering my concerns about an order. And fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes.
I absolutely recommend this brand, and the colors are a personal taste 🤍

I love their contacts and ordered more. It takes about two weeks to receive my package and I am very happy with the contacts. They are really comfortable to wear and beautiful too!

They have good deals and high quality lenses and I haven’t had any discomfort. Also the contacts look great, a very natural enlarging and shine which is what I wanted. The shipping was faster than I expected cuz it was little under a week and a half. Very happy that I purchased, I’ll definitely come back for more.

Everything looked great and I liked it all, but I still haven’t received my order. It has been more than a week and it still hasn’t arrived.

So this is me giving an updated review. When I first got my order I ran into an issue with not getting what I paid for and only receiving an empty box. I got frustrated with their delay in response but eventually they did reach back to me,and resolved the issue. I was given the contacts I paid for and I'm satisfied overall. I love the quality of the product I received. But I also think they're customer service can use a bit more improvement when it comes to responding to concerns. Other than that great products!

Honestly, I love Moody so much! The lenses are super comfortable and don’t hurt my eyes at all, and they’re so pretty. There are so many different color options and prescription ranges, which makes them versatile for everyone.

Most importantly, their customer service is amazing! I emailed support because I used Apple Pay for my transaction, but it didn’t go through since I was missing $0.01. Thankfully, Moody replied really quickly and helped me find a solution right away.

This is honestly such an amazing contact lens brand, and I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them. (Next time I probably won’t use Apple Pay though 😭) Thank you so much, Moody!

Well I got a little manifacturing issue with 1 out 4 lenses, the lense didn't "lock". Moody were very helpfull and happy to replace my lense free of charge. Great product, great service

Very comfortable! Color was spot on! Delivery was faster than other international contact brands I’ve used in the past. Can’t wait to wear during summer festivals and concerts! Will order again!

This is my second time buying from this site. So far I haven't had any issues. The lenses aren't damaged, the package itself isn't damaged. And it's really easy to keep up with the status of my package, which it also came earlier than estimated. But regardless I respect the estimated time. I'm just really happy it came sooner all in one piece :)

I really had a great experience with this company!
Their customer service is on the highest level, even though it was my mistake when I ordered my contacts without prescription they replaced them for me with no cost immediately. It was super easy to contact them, they are super fast and responsive!
As for the quality of product, I love them so much, after my fav brand discontinued prescription colored contacts that I always buying I was struggling to find a good contacts, I got a pair to try, and was extremely surprised when received 5 pairs for the same price which I absolutely love.
The material is soft and easy to wear.
The only comment is they are not 100% natural look as I used to have before my fav brand discontinued them, but I still love this contacts and will continue to buy them.
Highly recommend to try!
