RED FLAG #1: NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE SOMETHING HERE WITHOUT ASKING FOR INSTOCK. THEY PUT THE ITEM INSTOCK AFTER YOU PAY THEY WILL TELL YOU SOLD OUT. BEST IS ASK BEFORE PURCHASE. IF THEY ASK YOU BUY FIRST THEN CHECK NEVER EVER BELIEVE BECAUSE THEY CAN CHECK THE STOCKS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
RED FLAG #2: IF YOU ARE USING NEW DEBIT CARD/WALLET TO MAKE PAYMENT, I WISH YOU GOODLUCK. THEY STATE THERE WILL VERIFY UNVERIFIED OR NEW PAYMENT WITHIN AN HOUR, BUT TRUST ME, IF YOU ASK THEM IN LIVECHAT, THEY CHANGE IT TO 24 HOURS INSTEAD. OPERATING 24 HOURS BUT VERIFYING TAKES 24 HOUR OVER.

Refund

Everything is quick, send, reply, all fast, no delay. but the refund takes 7-14 working days so that's the issue, quick take money, late refund :(

Suzy is amazing, moogold customer service…

I have been with moogold for a few years now and I have always found them to be helpful and willing to listen. Although at times it can be complicated. Suzy the customer service representative is the person I find most helpful, whenever I get issues with my purchase. She is a professional and always ready to help. I give her credit for her dedication.

Stolen Account, Non responsive Support, Lost Money

I strongly caution anyone considering using Moogold due to severe security flaws, a highly questionable refund policy, and utterly unresponsive customer service. My experience has been a complete nightmare, involving theft and endless, unresolved support tickets.

Critical Security Failures and Theft

My account was recently compromised and hacked. My entire Moogold balance was used by the unauthorized party without my knowledge or permission. This points to a massive, critical failure in their account security protocols. When a platform handles monetary balances for gaming recharges, such vulnerability is simply unacceptable.

Dangerous Refund Policy

Compounding the security issue is their refund system. If a game recharge fails (which happens frequently), the paid amount is not refunded back to your original payment method (like a credit card or PayPal). Instead, it is only ever refunded to your vulnerable Moogold internal wallet. This effectively turns your failed payment into hacker bait, as any balance placed there is now susceptible to being stolen, as demonstrated by my hacked account experience. This policy is fundamentally unfair and dangerous to customers.

Non-Existent Customer Support

The customer support (CS) is completely useless. I raised tickets for both the failed/non-delivered items and the critical account hacking incident, and the team provided absolutely no meaningful assistance or resolution for either issue.

Furthermore, the CS ticketing system itself is broken. I repeatedly experienced a glitch where the chat support widget would disappear mid-conversation. This forces you to open new tickets, creating an endless, frustrating cycle of having to re-explain the issue, with the outcome always being the same: the issue is never resolved.

Moogold needs to immediately address their security flaws, overhaul their refund process to protect customers, and train/fix their customer service infrastructure. Until then, I advise potential users to look for safer alternatives.
