TP/ mookie toys like so many other British brands has fallen foul of profiteering US based, far East manufacturing companies.
Full of nonsense rhetoric called marketing where these days they do not have the human resources to speak to other human resources - customers.
Enjoy eMail interchanges with computers when something goes wrong and it is very likely to.
Avoid
A generation ago we had a problem with a TP product spoke to the English person responsible for it's design and it was altered. The issue was dealt with beautifully, now receiving that fantastic service is pure fantasy.
I regret not researching before latest purchase assuming I'd receive a quality product with matching customer service.
This company struggles with the truth and can not be trusted, profit over everything is their mantra.
So sad a company that took responsibility seriously has disappeared leaving such a stain.

Bought a present on Monday, was a long weekend so I knew next day delivery would be Wednesday, perfect as my nephew' bday is on the weekend.
Well it's Friday and no one knows where the package is.
May well be a scam for what I know, I hope I'm not out of £50 now.
I reached out to costumer service just to hear a convoluted excuse of how freight works.
Never buying from them again.

Customer service is absolutely shocking very rude and assumes everything without Considering the facts or what might have been very easy to pass the compliant to someone else without even reasoning . I was told via email that no one has ever complained about there toys before well I don’t believe that for a minute. The company should take on the negative feedback and stop asking customers to take off there reviews that’s the whole idea of these views .

Incredibly poor customer service and very poor quality plastic used in some of their products.
We purchased the Brecon Multiplay last month and the slide has already cracked. TP Toys/Mookie Toys had zero concerns about the safety of their product and had no interest in providing a replacement. Without even asking how it happened, TP had already doubled down on the old "this isn't a manufacturing fault" chestnut, even though the slide had been delivered in perfect condition.

I was looking for a spare part that I could not find anywhere. As I love in Netherlands, I asked if they can ship this part to Netherlands. They responded swiftly and agreed. Few days later the part arrived in my mailbox, free of charge.

Was after a new Swingball & Teather.
Fortunately they were able to help me. After sales service was great.
Pointed me to a link & 7 days later the item arrived.
