A very reliable and low cost platform.

No reply, no support, it look like ghost company

The total disregard for customer feelings is one of the major issues with moomoo. They don't respond to mails or texts or anything and it's really annoying because I needed to know what was wrong with my money. For a couple days, I was stuck in a limbo and didn't know what to do. Inherently, Verdantguardian was a much better option as they were very fast with my payment.

Honestly, there's nothing beginner-friendly about this broker based on my recent experience. A week after opening my margin account, I spoke with a 'licensed trader' to get some help with using the trading features on the desktop, and his attitude was mind-blowing. He made it clear that MooMoo is a self-guided trading platform, and their team doesn't really have the time or resources to answer questions unless it's URGENT. I figured if they don't have time for their clients, I’m not wasting mine either. So, I moved all my money to a broker that actually values my business and provides the service I deserve.

Signed-up as new user at moomoo with offer of 6.8% p.a. return on your uninvested cash that should be paid monthly, after having uninvested cash for a few months and noticed no interest have been paid.

Called the customer support, the person on the line asked me straight away have you activated the cash plus plan on the app? She was so fast with her answer and it seem like alot of other customers been caught out aswell.
In the onboarding communication, they just ask you to transfer in money to earn interest but no where does the communication says you need to activate the Cash Plus plan in the app for interest to start calculating, it's deliberate act by Moomoo to not make this obvious so you transfer in money and not earn interest.

Best online broker easy to navigate and the paper trading options and competitions are great for newer investors.

My experience with moomoo has been great! So easy to navigate, easy to trade, so many learning platforms. I’m new to trading so this was daunting for me, but through the last couple of weeks that I’ve had my account, it’s been great. If I had of heard about moomoo early I would have got an account earlier.

It’s pleasure using moomoo app. The app is intuitive to use, have chatting, market insights and number of features required to trade.

A super beginner friendly app with lots of features to get you started on trading. They also offer great offers and deals for free stocks, good interest rates on deposits and so on. I think it's a great way to take the first step into trading and reap some great financial rewards!! It's also really user friendly and pretty easy to navigate.
