TOTAL SCAM
Placed an order, never delivered, no response to emails or their contact form, and the in-site tracking service does not deliver any results...
Total scam!
This site was previously called Lunotion which scammed many people including me. Stay away and don’t make any purchases . It’s a scam site. Beware!
To add onto the other review on Moonboxe, yes they are a scam. Their ads on social media are likely stolen content to lure unsuspecting people.
More than two weeks ago I tested one of the "items" on their catalog and so far nothing; suspiciously the order was dispatched almost straight after completion with a "tracking number" that doesn't provide any information (and hasn't to this day; previously it said there's no update, now its saying the number doesn't exist at all).
Don't bother contacting them through their 'Contact Us' page or their email, cause they don't respond; their email address is not found. So much for "dedication to customer service". Sent more than three emails both asking for a refund AND order updates, and NOTHING.
They're taking images from other companies or products on the net to "sell" on their website. DO NOT BUY anything from these guys! Upon writing this review also, their website has changed links too.
These guys are just changing their name every few months to trick new customers into buying but forget to change the pictures and videos they use to promote on the site.
They were previously known as boxehaze.com and I reviewed them a month back and I just had to come back to share my experience for anyone who was thinking of purchasing and needed some reassurance on whether they are legit or not. I do NOT recommend wasting money on this no matter how sweet the deals sound
This is what my previous review said:
“I bought my Diamond Package from these guys in July and they took weeks to ship and eventually lied about the package being held in customs. I called the postal service here in my country and they informed me that no package had been shipped to my address or name. This whole website is a lie and don’t believe any other review that isn’t a one star rating. $55 gone in a second over some stupid Instagram ad by these guys that I shouldn’t have believed. I hope i just saved everyone else’s money because I didn’t look up the legitimacy of the site before making the purchase and that was my mistake. Mystery Boxes aren’t real.”
