The absolute worst. There is no customer service department, no phone number, and no way to get a hold of a live person. There's only an email. And even when you uncheck the options for future advertising they still put you on every list they can and send you junk so you have to keep going back to unsubscribe.

polishes with large chunks of glitter actually dry in my experience, but the polishes they sell that are not exclusively glitter suspended in a clear coat do not dry. i bought their "living doll nail polish" and it is not nail polish. it never sets. nail polishes have to dry and set

I was not happy with the color of a polish and they refunded me right away. I also had a thermal stop reacting after a month. I figured it was too late to ask for a refund, so just posted a review. They got in touch via email and refunded me.

I have been buying Mooncat for a while now as I had been frustrated with other polishes and their high chemical content. I don't understand why people complain about these, I am able to keep a full manicure for a good 5-7 days working full time in the salon but I do use the base coat and speed dry top coat. I love the color changing and magnetic shades. They're so much fun and can make a regular mani super interesting!

I love every colour ive gotten and they make amazing gifts. Ive been wearing mooncat for the past 4 years. And everytime ive worn their colours ive gotten complements and questions about it. The unique colour combos and sparklys just hit everytime. Ive never gotten a polish from moon cat that i hated. The polishes are easy to work with and last for a week with the right base

I'm so glad I found mooncat. I've been buying their polishes since the end of September, this year. I've made several orders and all of them were filled and shipped incredibly quick. I received an order today that I PLACED exactly a week ago. Nail polish has to travel by ground only, so their delivery times are fantastic(as long as USPS doesn't mess it up)! The formulas are rich and luxurious and highly pigmented. They sell many types of formulas, so its necessary to read product descriptions to be sure of the texture and opacity of the color in question, before you order it. As with all nail polish, a basecoat and topcoat are mandatory for longevity and safety for your nails. I have had this polish last over a week with no to few minor chips. The color and sparkle doesn't fade. The formulas are very luxurious and anything meant to be opaque will be, with 1-2 coats. It self-levels like a dream. The colors they offer are rich, vibrant, and unique! I have been looking for polish like this for my entire life. The one time I had an issue with a single bottle of polish, they answered and addressed my email and issue the very same day, and I had my bottle of replacement polish in my hands in 4 business days. Mooncat kept me from having to switch to gel by having these fantastic magnetic and thermal shades. My family were amazed by my nails when I saw them over the holidays, wearing mooncat. They offer every kind of polish in every color and formula you can imagine(except for ordinary ones), and their color combinations are works of art. These are the shiftiest, sparkliest, shiniest, most amazing polishes ever. You can't go wrong with them. Their quality, longevity, formula, color selection, and customer service have been the best I've ever had. They are remarkable. This is a luxury item, so the price tag is exactly what it should be. I LOVE the fact that my purchases help shelter cats. This brand is something from my dreams! I cannot recommend mooncat enough (unless you like ordinary)!!!

I own 190 Mooncat polishes and have been a customer for three years. I’ve made at least one order a month for the last three years and their product is still my favorite polish. I get about ten days before i change my polish (because i want another color), and each polish is beautiful and unique— nothing like the stuff at a drug store. Very generous rewards program with points that are easy to build up. I’ve enjoyed many freebies and points-only exclusive polishes.

I order on a lot of launch dates and consistently get my orders shipped within 3-4 days (since I’m on the US west coast) and received my order quickly. Even when they’re slammed!

Their customer support has always been attentive and quick. Once, I received a broken nail file that was a free gift— a replacement was sent right away. Missing package of discontinued shades lost by USPS for a month? Replacement shipped via express. Messed up brush? Replacement. This isn’t a unique story, many other friends who are customers have had similar treatment. Gold standard.

It’s not unheard that people have problems with body chemistry compatibility, and longevity with the polishes, but that’s a base coat and body chemistry issue. Polishes you’re unhappy with can be returned and refunded. Also a common occurrence. I don’t get anyone who says CS isn’t responding, that has literally never been mine and other friends’ experiences with this company.

I put on this polish, about 3 coats, and waited an entire full 1 hour with a fan on high for my nails to dry. They still were wet and messed up when I tried to do housework. This nail polish does not dry

Way overpriced! Tried 3 different colors. The first 2 metallic polishes chipped and peeled off within 1 day, even with topcoat. 3rd color ( non metallic) didn’t even last 20 hrs, before chipping. This was applied by my manicurist.
Don’t waste your money!!!!

I just recently discovered mooncat and that magnetic nail polish exists!!!
I am over the moon…cat!
It is absolutely amazing and I can’t get enough!
I don’t use gel/acrylic/dip powder, so when I find a polish that lasts, I am in!!
I have 5 (for now) and love every single color/shade!
It lasts at least 7-10 days on my nails, and I find myself taking it off before it wears off, only because I want to put a new color on!

BUYER BEWARE. another reviewer said this also - but this nail polish literally made my toenails break in half and fall off!! Not sure if it gave me a fungal infection or what but it’s ridiculous!! Please do NOT buy this nail polish. My nails look so ugly and are literally breaking off after using this nail polish. The chemicals or something in it is atrocious. Will be filing with the BBB to make sure others don’t get the same results. I shouldn’t have to go to doctors and everything just from nail polish.

The product is obviously awesome. The company takes an old item and gives it a fun, new edge. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. What really sets them apart is their customer service. Their website makes contacting customer service very easy, they respond fast and go above and beyond to treat the customer well.

Never received my order or a refund. I can't even get ahold of a real person to help me. 172$ gone but lesson learned. Scam. Save your money.
I ordered 12 polishes because I thought they were a business I've bought from before reallivepolish or something and it said that mooncat had bought them out.
The bottle design had changed but the color I had went to find was on the site so I bought it and 11 more.
Please tell me why I don't have 12 polishes at my door?

The chemicals in Mooncat literally made my toenails fall off. It must have been some sort of reaction. The nails on my hand cracked open and had to be filed way down. I tried contacting Mooncat support, twice, and a week later I still have not heard anything. Not even a basic reply apologizing for the damage done. No offer of refund or any support whatsoever. Buying these products resulted in expensive doctors visits for me totaling $400. They look beautiful and I am so sad this happened. Even more disappointed they don't have the basic courtesy to respond to my concerns. Stay away from this kind of company.

I LOVE this company. I have ordered from them so many times. Their polishes are beautiful and last longer than others when paired with their base and top coats. Any time that I have had any type of issue they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have the best experience!

I've been buying mooncat for about a year Now and have tried a variety of finishes. There is a learning curve and paying attention to nail and cuticle health goes a long way for longevity of your at home manicure. Also using a base coat, primer and top coat is key. Overall my nails are much healthier since switching from salon gel manicure to mooncat and other traditional laquers. This is a hobby that im getting better at and love to share with others. Customer service is very responsive and even refunded me for a polish that did not meet my expectations. To me most of their formulas are outstanding. I often get asked where I got my nails done which is a high compliment.

Excellent customer service team! Order arrived on time and packaged beautifully. My order included holographic and magnetic polish. I love every color I received. Magnetic polish is easy to use and comes with a free magnetic wand. I can't wait to order more! Highly recommend this small business!!

I took my new bottle, very well priced, to the nail salon and had a nail technician use it for my manicure. Everybody was impressed!!! I could not be happier😊 Can't wait to try some other polishes fro this fabulous company 💯💯💯

I'm a first time customer of this product and website. I found some online recommendations for the ridge filler primer coat polish and thought I would give the brand a try.
I ordered moonjelly, treachery in the blue, midsummer nights dream and the base coat polish. The colors all look very pretty in the stock photos on the site. Over the next few weeks I tried each color, following the instruction of applying the base coat and the color and letting each layer fully dry ....
NONE of these lasted more then a few days, two of them chipped the first day of application! I gave them to my mom to try and she experienced the same exact thing. Perhaps I got an old batch or a bad one but considering the price is $14-16 per polish and when you compare to other high-end brands the quality is so poor. The claim of the product being long-lasting is straight up false ( at least in my case with all the colors I received) I also find it odd that the brand claims to be "10-free" and all the polishes I received smell so very strongly especially when you compare to Deborah Lippmann, OPI, ILNP the smell just stands out for how potent it is.

Overall I wouldn't order again. While the color selection is fun and glittery the quality/consistency of the product is very poor. I feel like I gave the brand a fair try by ordering 4 products to test and used them as directed and then also letting someone else double test them to see if they have the same/similar experience.

I also noticed that negative ( or not so favorable) reviews don't seem to all get posted. I saw someone else mentioned this but found it to be true on my own. Ironically I did not get "points" for my reviews either, just wasted my time trying to share my personal experience with other potential customers.

Oh, and if your thinking about getting a color for a special event I would highly recommend against it because the likelihood of it looking like a chipped mess in a day seems very high.
