Ordered the TK pro
Ordered the TK pro. I bought this for my wife. She wanted a trike that would let her ride with and without assist to help her keep fit. The trike meets that expectation. The pedal assist isn't as smooth as she was hoping for but manageably. It was delivered before the promised date.

Very pleased with the TK 2 trikes
Very pleased with the TK 2 trikes. Great product. Customer service was very helpful. They were very well padded and protected for shipment and arrived in great condition. Assembly instructions for the seat attaching to the post could be a little more clear. The hardest part of the assembly was attaching the rear fenders.

We recently purchased two TK2 Pro…
We recently purchased two TK2 Pro Trikes. They were very easy to assemble. There was one screw missing from the on/off pas controller. I was able to take the screw from the other bike and match it at the hardware store. Very simple fix. Every time I ride the trike it gets easier and is becoming more intuitive. I am 68 and have MS. This is a great way to get exercise because trying to keep balance is easy. I can't do that on a bicycle. Looking forward to taking some fun trail trips. We also ordered a bunch of the accessories. Everything was easy to install.

The company had great response time…
The company had great response time with support. I was a little disappointed I was missing some screws to complete assembly of the trike. They suggested I buy the screws from local hardware store which was fine a little inconvenient but worked.

Giving My Sister Her Independence Back!

The biggest problem was with delivery and a few problems with the packing/unpacking of the trike. Customer Service folks Fiona and Leo were outstanding and very prompt with responding to my inquiries.

It's a cooler bag
It's a cooler bag. It fits nicely in the rear basket. Looked good, sturdy, zippers have a flap over so no moisture to get in. Very nice!

I am 70 years old and I have been riding 5-7 miles daily since my trike arrived a month ago.

Great bike, excellent customer service!
Updated Review-Purchased a TK-1 for my wife, she loved it! On her first ride in the driveway, she went sideways on a hill and tipped over. It wasn't the bike's fault, but her inexperience. She was in the hospital for 5 days with internal bleeding. The bike still had 0 miles showing, but the fender was scratched up. I called Mooncool to see if they could resell it at a reduced price and was told that they could not. This is where the story gets better. Mooncool reached out to me and offered goodwill compensation and offered a pre sale inspection checklist and technical consultation if we sell the bike. Thanks, to a great company, that stepped up to help when it was not a product defect, but rider error!
