The electronics in my moonie broke, the battery got swollen. I contacted customer support, and they promised me free shipping if I ordered a new one.
When I asked how I could place a order with free shipping, they stopped answering.
We are very happy with our moonie teddy bear, which has been indispensable for our daughter. She loves to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea and the river. The only thing I could wish for was that the sound doesn't turn off after 30 minutes. Because then our daughter wakes up every time after sleeping for half an hour and then we have to try to get her back to sleep again, which can be a struggle. It's a shame that we now have to go out and invest in another extra white noise speaker when we already have a good one, because it's a pain to have to go out and switch it on every half hour, and she naturally wakes up when the constant sound stops. It would be appropriate to look at the production in the future, because otherwise it is a super fantastic product!
