One of the worst and cheap company! Its a fraud guys dont order anything. I ordered one light and it was cheap quality when i sent back for return they charge me money and never gave my refund back and then i tried to contact them they blocked my ID

Wow don't know where to start, never received, no reply to emails, going through process of getting money back from my bank, I believe its fraudulent, today says delivered but where? My neighbours do t have it, I don't have it! It's waste of time, stress and money

My first review got deleted for some reason. Overall The company is bad in the sense that they make a bad product and have bad customer service. I experienced the above but I did manage to get a refund eventually

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER COME ACROSS!!

I ordered my light in november as i have a friend who got one from the same company and had no bother! We are now in march and i still haven’t received it or a refund which i have asked for!! Every time i get in contact to ask where it is or regarding about my refund i get “ Sorry for the delay in giving an update on your faulty item. As soon as we have any feedback, we will reach you immediately.” or right on a piece of paper with details so i can take this to “higher management” which were in January and still haven’t heard anything back!

Its actually good it helps my little cousin get to sleep really fast

Avoid this company. They should not be allowed to continue trading. The projector was faulty when we received it. We sent photos and are now waiting for 'higher management' to review our complaint. We have been waiting for weeks.

This company deserve zero stars but I had to give 1 to write a review. Ordered the projector which came late and I had moved into a new address. Tracking number showed the item had been returned to sender. I have emailed them constantly since November and they said that ‘higher management’ are looking into it. This has been nearly 4 months and still not received my item. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Complete scam. Using influencers to promote their product which you don’t receive.

this company shouldn’t receive one star either! as many people have said they are a bunch of scammers! i paid £70 for two projectors both of which came
4 weeks late and faulty. i contacted them the same day and was told to send a video of the fault which i did and after that i had no reply. after a few emails from my side they replied saying they have 100 queries to deal with and will respond to me soon.. it’s been over a month and nothing!! these people are nothing but a bunch of liars who are robbing people off their money! disgusting customer service, i would never ever recommend them and would advise anyone considering to buy NOT to buy from them. really disappointed!!!

Don’t waste your time on this company! Their customer services suck! I ordered an item which was slightly faulty. I informed them asap and asked to me replaced bearing in mind i waiting over 4 weeks to have it delivered in the first place. They asked for a video of the issue which i made and sent. However file was to big to send on email. I asked for an alternative to send, the advised wet transfer but still could receive it. They clearly don’t know crap about computing. And their manner which email replies were send were effortless and not helpful at all. Still not heard anything back. I dont review often but i rather people know not to buy of them and waste your time and money!

Ordered from them during black Friday sales last year. Item came damaged. Asked for a refund or replacement and showed pictures as proof. Have not heard from them ever since. Very disappointed with their customer service. sent emails asking them to follow up. Still nothing.

Wouldn’t even give this one star. I ordered 2 star light projectors (around £70) in October. It’s now January and I haven’t received anything. Been in contact with them but they have been so unhelpful. I have asked for a refund but they, of course, ignored that part. I don’t think it will ever show up so that’s £70 down the drain. What a scam 😡

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star. I ordered and recieved my product to find after a week or so, the remote stopped working, emailed to see if a replacement remote could be sent. Received an email back from company asking to send a video of remote not working, i done this, a few weeks passed so I sent a follow up email asking for an update, i would get a response asking for my original order email, surely they would have this?!

After a few follow up emails, i wasnt getting any response, this has been since October and still no response.

A completely and utterly scamming company who charge £39.99 for a light that has the quality of £3.99.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to this company. They are a diabolical company that shouldnt even be trading.

Well I orded the product last year as the website looked appealing but on close inspection I came across all the bad comments and I was worried I've been robbed. Lucky enough the light turned up today tge box was abit batterd but the light works thankfully so apart from the delivery the light is what I asked for rather big but its a great bedroom effect.

Hasn’t arrived. Estimated delivery has changed from 17th to 26th December, to 26th December to 3rd January. I won’t hold my breath. Customer service are an absolute joke! Avoid this company.

I’ve ordered the light the 28th october!
Nothing arrived, but the money is out of my account of courses. When i ask them where is my parcel they told me that they don’t have the information. When i track my parcel it’s says the same thing since 2 month (in November) ready to be shipped! Fuc**** liars !
Don’t shop to them.

I didn’t even want to give this one star ! Company is a scam ! Countless e mails , asked for a refund and they say order is in shipment! I ordered this item on the 20/10/20 and still not arrived . I have told them that they are scammers time n time again to no avail , think I can say goodbye to the 50.00 they took from me on ordering ! Do not order from this site

Ordered September to be told was delivered when it wasn’t. I then emailed and got zach telling me they’d send A replacement. I still haven’t received this or a refund as I’ve asked over 20 times in emails! I was told it would be passed onto management and to send order number and cover letter email separately to still have nothing. This was a present for my son who suffers with anxiety so thought it would help to be scammed by this company! They’re a disgrace! Do not attempt to buy!

I ordered this over 3 weeks ago judging by the other reviews I take it that this is a scam! Either a scam or it is cheap tat from China that still has not arrived, I ordered because faryal makdoom reccomened it with 70% off discount on her snapchat what a waste of £39.99 that I will probably never see again this was suppose to be a present for my daughter stay very clear of this company I will be reporting this to the police if I don't get a refund

Received item on 30/10/20. Didn’t even open it & returned that day via Royal Mail tracking. Checked status on Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery but the address to send back to has a redirection on it. Tried around 10 or so times to contact company to query redirection & when I would get my refund but absolutely no response & no refund. I am fuming - £39.99 gone & no chance ever now of getting it back. Steer clear of this company
