Total scam. Ordered items using PayPal on 1 September. By mid-October, they still hadn't arrived. Checked with Moonlightsun and was told items were on the way. Tracking said they were in the UK (Manchester) and had been for 3 weeks. Paypal to told me to give them more time to arrive! On 11 November, I escalated the case with PayPal giving them proof of the tracking info saying item hadn't been delivered yet. On 18 November, PayPal confirmed they'd closed the case in the sellers favour as they'd provided proof of shipment. So, I'm down nearly £70. Items may have been shipped, who knows. I do know they haven't arrived. Scam. Avoid.

I ordered a sloth advent calender $30 plus postage, I received the completely wrong item. I emailed them, they accused me of lying so I took photos of the original order, the tracking and what is received (capybara) and they said they would compensate me 8USD and for me to send it back would be too expensive. They refused to admit their mistake and send the correct item. The are frauds and scam you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Same experience as with others have posted. Communication with seller is ridiculous—they just keep saying they’re sorry I’m dissatisfied but do nothing to rectify the problem. They are a total SCAM.

Absolute scam. I ordered a figure over two months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. At least once a week I request a refund and they just respond with sorry about the inconvenience every single time. Major crooks. Stay far away.

I placed an order on September 5, 2025, for a Dungeons & Dragons Advent calendar and two other items. I received the order on October 14, 2025. The Advent calendar that arrived was a BTS Advent calendar, which was bent in half with several perforated windows open, making the items inside visible.
I contacted customer service by email and was asked to provide images of the damaged item. I sent several photos showing the incorrect and damaged packaging. The reply stated that only the outer packaging was deformed and that the product could still be used. They offered $10 USD as compensation for my dissatisfaction.
I replied that this was not acceptable—the wrong item had been sent. I asked them to resend the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect, damaged one. The company responded that the item could not be resent because it was out of stock and offered $13 USD as compensation. I refused that amount and requested a full refund of $34.81 USD for the item.
The company then offered $15 USD and stated that the correct item had been sent. They claimed all relevant departments had confirmed that the Advent calendar I received was the correct one. They also warned that return shipping costs were very high and offered $18 USD instead.
I replied that the images I sent clearly showed the wrong Advent calendar had been shipped. I again requested a refund for the full purchase price of $34.81 USD. The company responded once more, insisting that all relevant departments confirmed the correct item had been sent. They again mentioned the high cost of return shipping and offered $21 USD as final compensation.
This has been an absolutely ridiculous experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to run the other way.

Terrible. I ordered the special edition lord of the rings advent Calendar and they give me this cheap Milwaukee calendar that I didn't pay for.

I only have it one star because zero stars was not an option. 1st they charge more than advertised but most importantly the 3D figurines they show you that you are ordering are actually a cheap flat pieces of plastic that is not worth even a quarter of what I paid. I am disgusted. When contacting the company they disagree, they say it's just what I ordered. Even though I sent pictures of what was expected (straight from their site) and of what I actually received. Their response was that as a show of goodwill the will give me 4€ which would equate to just over $4.32 American. What o paid was over $50!
Bad company. Don't order from there.

I ordered a Jeff Lynne 55th Anniversary edition pop that cost nearly $40 and they sent me a $15 dollar Harry Potter pop instead. When I complained they wanted QR codes and photos, but I was away with work. In the meantime they offered me $13 in compensation which was pathetic since the difference in the value of both pops was huge. Don’t use this company. They obviously make their money by sending a cheaper pop and cashing in on the difference. I am angry and disappointed and will be more careful next time who I buy from!

Don't bother ordering anything. They take money and you don't receive anything!

They are a scam operation. They have deceptive practices. Placed an order and canceled it immediately. They said to accept the order and see if I liked it. DO NOT GET SCAMMED by these crooks.

I ordered a popup book about dinosaurs back in July 2025 and it arrived yesterday, Aug. 20 They did send tracking notices but the progress was slow and the book was shipped from or through Europe and I am in the US. All in all, not a scam but slow.

Spent $31.63 on a figure and they posted the wrong one. Offered me $5 compensation which i refused. They then offered me $8 compensation. I told them to stick it ip their ar5e.

I placed an order for a newly released item. Price came to 30.70, I was charged 39.91. I was told it was a system error. I finally got the difference back. Then I got charged an international shipping fee. Even though it said it would ship in 2-3 days from USA. I demanded a full refund. I finally got my 30.70 back but not the international shipping fee. Moonlightsun.com told me I need to contact my bank to get that back. They also told me after it had shipped that there was an issue at the factory but everything is fine now and my item has been a best seller for years. NEWS FLASH, It just came out last month, not years ago. All they do is lie cheat and steal from people.

I would not even give a single star. Everything about this website is a scam. I contacted them immediately after ordering and asked to cancel the order and their reply was that it’s too late to cancel because they already shipped my item. It was literally minutes after I paid for the order and then contacted them to cancel it. I should have read the reviews about their scam site but, I didn’t and I’m sure I will either not get the order or it will not be what I think I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOONLIGHTSUN.COM!!!

I would rate this company a zero, not even a 1 star! Took 2 months to receive corgi lamp, and it was awful! Not what they show in their website. DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a cute Corgi night light for mothers day. After some $50+ dollars I recieve in mail today. Nothing like what website shows. Quality is awful and does not compare to website image (no longer available). They ship from Romania; I would not trust this site.
