NEVER BUY FROM MANDYMOON!! Awful customer service. Emailed and Instagram messaged numerous times, never got one response. The said they respond within 12 hours which is just a blatant lie. Most importantly, I never received my package, yet was charged for the $25.00, I received an email with my order confirmation, however received no other emails from this website. I only recommend this brand to people looking to waste money and or support scam artists. Do not waste your time or money.

I purchased over $360 worth of clothes from moon Mandy. It took 1.5 months to get the merchandise and when I finally got it, I was severely disappointed. It looked like someone tried to recreate the clothing in the pictures. And did a HORRIBLE job. I then tried to return the clothes and get a refund. They kept sending me auto generated emails that someone would contact me soon to give me the address to return. After MANY of those emails, I finally gave up and sent the clothes to the thrift store and wrote the donation off on my taxes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Products are cheaply made and of poor quality, It took two months to get here !!!!!

My first experience was perfect THE CLOTHES I ORDERED ARE NOT GOOD I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered. On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP four zero seven seven6eight 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘻𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in regard to customer service. Took 3 months to get my order and needed to make an exchange but they would not respond. NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

The clothing looks and fits nothing like the photos! They do not respond to emails or if they do, they will tell you they are short-staffed working in the factory and will get back to you later. They never do get back to you. I have reached out to them multiple times through email and social media. I am stuck with their junk clothing and lost money. Do not purchase here. Horrible company, Horrible clothes.

TERRIBLE QUALITY CLOTHING AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received my clothing (finally) and kept a few pieces even though the quality of the clothing was not good. I kept the items because of the HORRENDOUS return policy. So many unnecessary steps including a picture of the clothing I was to return. I contacted them within the time frame to return the item. Waited 11 days for a response with them only to tell me that the item could not be returned because it was out of the 15 day window to be returned. REALLY?? I did everything I was supposed to do to get return instructions and THEY did not get back to me for 11 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company. It's a rip off!

I ordered a dress in May. After 3 months of waiting, I received two things of green fabric, not even a dress. This is the first time I’ve been scammed like this. I didn’t even try to get my 25$ back because it would have been more of a hassle. I’m sure I would have never received a reply from them, and I didn’t want to be stuck on the phone with the bank about a 3 month old transaction. Now, I will make sure I order from only American companies.

This is a horrible company to purchase from. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. The delivery took over a month. The items were not at all as they were described and the material is very cheap. The return process is nonexistent. Their customer services takes several (3-4) months to respond to messages. Do not order from here!

Oh how I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from them and everything everyone stated is 100% correct.!!!!! I ordered back in May $260 worth of clothing the website look very cute good reviews on the website receive the items 2 1/2 months later when I receive the items they were horrible quality nothing like the pictures!!! During those 2 1/2 months of waiting on my merchandise to come they gave me the runaround said it was being delayed because of the virus. And I have emailed them at least 8 to 10 times requesting a return on all these items that don’t fit NOT ONE response back so I’ve AM stuck with all this merchandise that is Poor quality ...very disappointed will never order anything from them again and be very leery of ordering stuff off Facebook websites🤔🤔😫😫

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their website states they'll respond within 1-4 business days. I've had to email several times over the course of several weeks to get responses on canceling an order and initiating a return/refund. And when they do respond, they do not address the questions you asked in your email. It's blatantly ignored. It took me two months for someone to get me a satisfactory answer on a question, and that's after asking to be put in contact with a manager several times.

If you're going to state your service level expectations on your website, follow it. I've worked in customer service for several years, and I'm appalled to see companies that still don't get the bare basics right.

Oh, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely terrible. I would not shop on this site again, nor would I ever recommend anyone do so.

Do not waste your money like I did. I was robbed. I ordered items and they were poor quality and did not fit. I’ve been attempting to return to no avail. The company does not respond to emails about returning items. The website states that you have to email them to get information to return purchased items but no one responds. It also took about 5 weeks to receive the ordered items after ordering but the charges you immediately. I have even reached out to the Better Business Bureau but have not had any luck or support with sending items back and getting my money refunded back.

If I could give a negative review I would! Nothing fit/poor quality. I wanted to return. I emailed them SEVERAL times with NO response, so now I’m stuck with $110 work of clothes that I will NEVER wear. I complained to PayPal thinking i was protected to a point, but nothing. So basically I feel like I’ve been robbed.... can’t get rid of the clothes and can’t get any of my money back because they are ignoring my emails.

Terrible customer service. Wish I would have read these reviews before making my purchase. Took forever for 4 items to arrive and when they did they are true to size and they look cheaply made. I have sent 4 emails in regards to a return/refund and have received zero responses. Very frustrating. If you see them advertising please let others know.

Placed an order 3/28 ,my order has been shipping since 5/25. WHAT A JOKE THIS IS A SCAM .Don't waist your time or money

If I could give it zero or negative stars- I would. Company is a SCAM. My sister ordered a green maxi dress- and although it took FOREVER, she received after 2 months and liked it! Odd. SO, in trusting her experience, I ordered 5 items in a single order. I then had 2nd thoughts and emailed to cancel it less than 24 hrs later. They responded to my email and confirmed receipt, but never gave me refund. After sending multiple requests for my refund- I was then shipped 4 of the 5 items- It has been just under 2 months and I have sent 7 emails. Responses from them have ceased altogether AND I never even got the 5th dress- which was $26.99 nor a refund. Of the 4 pieces I received, 2 looked like their photo and were good quality- the other 2 were not. It seems like an actual crap shoot- but it is 100% NOT WORTH THE RISK. I will likely never received my 5th item and am out $26.99. SCAM - do not buy.

Wish I would have read these reviews. The items are not what was pictured. One description was an embroidered shirt and it looks as though it was painted. I ordered size medium and it fits like an XXS. Terrible quality. I emailed customer service twice to return and no response. Terrible company!

Do not order from this site! I ordered two dresses. Checked the reviews for both to get an idea if this was a reputable site. Everything seemed fine, no harsh reviews, everyone was raving about how perfect the dresses were. It took 4 months to get them in (I understand it’s during COVID-19, but they were still advertising that I would receive my package within 15days) and didn’t notify me that it was delayed. The first dress I opened was all wrong. The pattern was different, the fit was huge, and the fabric was so cheap. The second dress had a nicer fabric but the pattern was off a little and it fit very weird in the armpits. Overall, I ordered two dresses that I was super excited about and now can’t wear either of them. I can’t return them and there is no way anyone would buy them if I tried to resell. Big waste of money. I tried to leave a poor review but when I submitted it, it said “thank you for submitting your review! Your review will be published as soon as it is reviewed by the shop admin.” Which means they most likely don’t approve any real reviews and probably create fake accounts to leave positive reviews.

Horrible! Clothes are cheap and NOT what is pictured or described! Also took over a month to get and no customer service to follow up with! Such a joke. Will be returning it all!

This place is a joke. Took over 2 months to arrive and when you try to email, its just an automated reply so you might as well say there is no customer service. Quality of items is poor and thin, cheap like i could have did that on a sewing machine with no experience. I can't get in touch with anyone to get a full refund. I wasted my time and money with this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
