Communication was very good. We were telephoned on the way to dropping off the car to check our progress and were met at the agreed location on time. On return we were contacted by Whatsapp prior to and very soon after landing and reminded of the exact location of the vehicle for collection, which was ready for us when we emerged from arrivals. The driver was friendly and helpful. We cannot fault the service and will definitely use them again.

The team provided outstanding service with professionalism and reliability. I will certainly choose them again in the future.

Moon Parking offered the best value parking we could find. We flew out from Heathrow, parking at their designated short stay bay. It was then just a case of meeting their rep in arrivals. Communication was good and we passed over the keys. Their representative contacted us on landing on our return. We stayed in contact through immigration and baggage pick-up. We progressed back to their short stay bay and collected the car from their rep. It was 100% smooth transaction and we will definitely use their services again. 10/10 I can't say any more.

Very apprehensive because of prior experiences but I booked this with cleaning option based on comments from friends.
I must say, 5 star service. I was caught with Heathrow being closed.. no problem we communicated via WhatsApp and vehicle was where it should be at the appointed time. NO EXTRA CHARGES for the 2 days delayed collection.

Used Moon Parking for a one month stay at Heathrow. The service was exceptional with communication, drop off and pick up all exceeding any other Meet and Greet Service. With the benefit of in car cameras I was able to see that the car was safely parked in a well lit area not far from the airport. Will certainly use the service again.

I've used the meet and greet service three times in the past year. It's been flawless and considerably cheaper than most other parking options. Plus the customer service is excellent, highly recommended X

Extremely happy customer. Quite value for money too. Used the service of Moon parking at Heathrow airport. I had done a meet and greet service and I must say the extra £10 was worth it. Dropping off to picking up the car was extremely easy and the guys are very good at coordinating. It was my first time using moon parking and i will be using their service going forward too. Hope the prices are kept competitive too which is key.

Moon parking provided an excellent service. They were so organised and easy to coordinate, communication was brilliant and very responsive. Felt very safe and it was good value for money unlike some of the other providers. I highly recommend this meet & greet service and this was one of the best! that I have used.

100% recommend this parking company. Great value and staff are fantastic. We paid for the meet and greet at Heathrow Airport but we stayed overnight in a hotel close to the airport and asked if our car could be collected from there. Nothing was to much trouble and when we landed upon our return my car was waiting for us when we collected our luggage.

This is the first time , I used the service and it is excellent from dropping to receiving the car. The process what is said as implemented perfectly. Going to use it again

After an awful experience with Purple parking last year at Heathrow, we decided to try Moon parking. What a difference! Communication excellent including Whatsapp photo of arrival lane. They were there to greet us and take the car. We asked if the car could be valeted and yes on our return it arrived looking brand new! Not bad for £30. So a big thumbs up from us and thank you, we will definitely be using your company again.
