Superb personalisation
Unfortunately it didn’t arrive so I chased it up and it was resent. Again it didn’t arrive and I had to rush out and buy a generic replacement last minute. The automated service was useful but bombarded me with questions all at once. However, upon emailing I was given a refund which was a positive. Overall not the best experience but the company did all they could to try to help.
Last minute purchase but arrived in time.
