The card was beautifully done and loved it but unfortunately the postman left it outside our house at the side of a wall and it was soaking wet when we got in - not your fault so loved the card

MoonPig are one massive joke. I ordered our 15th wedding anniversary card with plenty of time. Moonpig couldn't even deliver on time and it was 4 days late! They refused to refund me for a card which was the best part of a week late. Terrible customer service and a card that cost the best part of a fiver which isn't worth half that. Save your time and shop elsewhere because MoonPig SUCK.
