Not very happy . I ordered the card last week for my son’s 18 birthday. The card did not arrive in time as it was sent to a different location. This is not the first time I have had problems with moonpig . Flowers getting broken in transit and then just not arriving till the day after . Very frustrating and disappointing.

This was an 18th birthday card for my son with extra payment for guaranteed delivery. You didn’t even make the card or contact me to say there was an issue. Customer service were like robots no care or empathy
