I ordered this product on 9th July to send to my husband for our anniversary. It said delivery from 13th July. On the 12th I got notification that it was on its way (yay!) It’s now the 17th and my husband has still not received it and our anniversary has come and gone. I can’t really give a review on the product as I haven’t seen it yet. I must say I am rather disappointed 😔

I've given this rating because I love buying my family cards from moonpig however I do think th price on these cards are quite steap and shipping costs should be included in the 3. 99 card not separate thanks wish

Unfortunately this card was fine but inside it was a condolences card…which made a happy moment a bit sad! Also wasn’t sure whether this card is a duplicated error or had just failed to be sent to correct destination. I have tried to call customer services and wasn’t able to get through to report this!! Not really very impressed
