Colours of phots looked faded. No envelope supplied and when I quizzed the Bot on this i received a reply that made no sense, pining the blame on me for not looking at my address book and ticking the right box which was not evident. Very disappointed

Never received a better card. So so happy with it. Turned out perfect for my daughter’s 1st birthday.

very efficient
Fantastic product of great quality. It was as always easy to do it by myself using the Moonpig app. Delivery was super fast. One minus for the fact that I have to send it myself as Moonpig can't send big cards to Poland. So sad about it. But I'm still happy with my purchase.
But blurry photos - i remembered then being much better quality

Absolutely loved my card and was really please, BUT totally my thought I had a spelling mistake and just did not see it. I read through it a few times and just did not see it. I wished there was something that flagged words for you to confirm the spellings

Arrived on time. Lovely card to keep for first birthday.
Was really looking forward to receiving this and keeping as a memento of my Son's 1st Birthday but it somehow got lost in transit thus spoiling said birthday. Offered replacement but not until day after so accepted a refund as a credit on account. Why don't you just refund money into people's banks????
