Card went straight to recipient but it looked good on screen.
card due for delivery from 29 October for Birthday on 30th but now at 16.45 hours on the 30th the card has NOT been delivered. Therefore we want our money back and will never use Moonpig again AS OF 3RD NOVEMBER CARD STILL CARD HAS NOT ARRIVED. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND AS WE ARE VERY EMBARRIST.

Card looked fine but unfortunately didn't get delivered on time. Would have been 5/5 otherwise but it turned out to be a waste of money on this occasion.
