I was disappointed as the card arrived late and not in time for the actual birthday.

Weeks notice ..did not send out on time and birthday missed ..not a good service the birthday date was given and lots of notice the Christmas card I ordered got there in 2 days this took over a week and was late ..won't use again what a let down

I would if it had been delivered? I ordered this Birthday Card on Tuesday 11th November for delivery by the 14th/15th November! Royal Mail sent it to Blackpool then Preston before eventually delivering it to Ulverston on Wednesday 19th November! Not a very good service? I think I should get a refund?
