Lovely card for my Mum who turned 80. I used Moonpig as I don’t have much choice in cards close to me so convenient and plenty of choice.

Although I had to rate this product one star, because without putting in one star you cannot write a review, it does not deserve any stars … because it never turned up!! This is my response to Moonpig, which ironically was also not delivered when I tried to send it to them directly in response to THEIR request to review the card - even though they are aware that it was not delivered: “ I CANNOT give this card even one star, because it never arrived. You did not nail it - you FAILED it. I am desperately disappointed, having spent hours picking the right card and personalised it with the choice of words/fonts etc. I suspect that you have been badly let down by Royal Mail, but you should follow this up because, in spite of having my money credited, I am disinclined to use your Company again, as this is not the first time that this has happened to me. Your “robot”, Luna was most apologetic and expressed regret in an appropriate manner, but it feels somewhat insincere coming from AI. I am sure you understand why I am reluctant to risk missing a birthday again through no fault of my own. You tried to suggest that I did not allow enough time, but it didn’t come late … it didn’t come at all! Your estimate of 1-3 days for delivery was well within my parameters for receiving the card in time, but non-appearance is beyond unhelpful. Jane Barnett”
