I sent a card to my brother in France. When it didn't arrive in time due to postal delays, moonpig resent the identical card free of charge. No hassle. Simple good customer service.

Great card, nice design, great intent but sadly delivered 2.5 weeks late (ordered well in advance of the birthday). That was so disappointing to hear my recipient had not received it on the day.
