Was as I ordered it
Card was great… unfortunately it was bent in the post. Usually cards are delivered quickly but this time, 3 days it took to arrive, leaving it too late to get another… but after spending £7 on a card and delivery, I wasn’t going to buy another. The customer service were lovely and offered to send another but it wouldn’t arrive on time… after sending photos, I would have expected a refund but no such thing. I won’t be buying a larger card again unless Moonpig revert to supporting their cards with card in the envelope to prevent Royal Mail squeezing a large card through a letter box! Very disappointed!

The card did not come with an envelope per my request. I love Moonpig but sometimes they make mistakes like this. Additionally when making the cards sometimes during the review process it looks different than when you make the card, not on the front but on the inside left. So you have to be careful when laying out the card. However, having said this, when everything is right, these are great cards and a great value for the money.
The card doesn’t stay up for long and bends at the corners.
