The card itself is great, but it's the delivery I have an issue with. I paid extra to have the card delivered on a specific day, but it arrived a day late. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but because it was late I had to incur even further postage costs in posting it on (I had originally planned on delivering in person when seeing the recipient). It seems a little pointless offering a specific day and charging extra for that service if it's not going to happen.

Despite making sure all text was within the boundaries on the customiser, the printed card cut about 1cm off the left hand side of printed messages

Couldn’t find anything appropriate in the shops but Moonpig came up trumps!!

did not arrive on time and I was charged with international fee for a local AUD transaction. very bad service too as I cannot contact any human being to help. I missed this card as when it's needed and had to rush to a shopping center to buy an alternative card. totally waste my time and ruined my plan!
