Our first mug unfortunately broke without any liquid in it, the handle broke off. We hope the replacement mug does not break the same way. The mug itself is pretty heavy and the handle could be chunkier to hold the weight. I contacted Moonpig and they resolved the issues so easily and sent us a replacement. Excellent customer service!
