I think it's a great service and idea, but the images on the mug when we got it are too dark. They did not seem to have any issue when creating the mug online. A bit disappointed that you can barely make out the faces on the mug I also got an a4 card and this seems to have a few flaws to it as well. It's like it was stuck in the printer. It's also printed on slightly thicker than copybook paper, rather than card
