I was disappointed with the layout of the card, the edging was not equal around the card so it looked like the bottom photo's had been cut off. The card wasn't aligned correctly

Wonderful Card, so easy to personalise, even on my phone. The only downside is I couldn’t zoom in to look at my creation. So I accidentally put one photo in twice. As I was not able to cancel the order, I had to start again, and pay for a 2nd card. 🥹

My comments aren’t about the card itself. Although that arrived slightly damaged, the damage was more significant to both the envelope provided & the external envelope that both arrived in. Obviously, I can’t say for certain whether this was Moonpig or Royal Mail’s fault, so couldn’t request a replacement. I do think a cardboard backed envelope would have helped avoid this though, so I remain disappointed & need to purchase my own replacement envelope in which to send my card.
