6 days after ordering, my granddaughters card was not delivered... Frustratingly she did not get a card from her grandparents on the day! So disappointing.

The card is lovely now I have received it. Not happy with service though. Ordered this card on 27th November. Was supposed to have been dispatched on 28th November & I should have received by 1st December at the latest, as sent 1st class post. I was about to put a complaint in if not received today.
