ok product but poor customer experience. ordered a personalised wedding card, selected "with the extra envelope" so I could pop it in the wishing well. arrived without the envelope. Had to contact customer service twice then was offered a $2.50 credit to my account. Completely missed the mark that now I'd have to venture to the shops and buy a packet of envelopes (of course you can't just buy a single). account credit not helpful as I won't be using the service again. Card was easy to make and looked nice but wasn't the highest quality and for $20 including shipping - it was an expensive exercise. Maybe just make it so that each card comes with a spare blank envelope.
