The products per se were exactly what I ordered and paid for. Also the items arrived on the day specified, having been packaged together in a cardboard wrapper. So far so good. However, despite the fact that the items were despatched directly to the recipient, once the cardboard wrapper was opened it revealed the gift but disappointingy the card was in an unsealed envelope and did not contain a name and address.

The chocolate was like off or close to its out of date date. Didn’t taste right especially at £20 for the bar of chocolate
