My father still hasn’t received the card. His birthday was on the 11th, I requested it be delivered on the 9th. Won’t use again

I can’t comment on the card as it never turned up to which I’m deeply disappointed as not only did I not get the product I paid for but more importantly my dad never received a Father’s Day card from me this year because of it not turning up.
