The Important Part:
We promise 7 days of freshness with every bouquet, or we'll send a free replacement.
- Choose your delivery date or get next-day delivery when you order by 11pm, Monday to Sunday (9pm on bank holidays).
- Enjoy SMS tracking and a 2-hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will bloom within a day or two, meaning fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Bouquets from our expert florists arrive in our signature nourishing wrap, to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling.
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we'll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- Some flowers and foliage may be toxic to pets if eaten. Please keep your bouquet out of reach of pets and seek veterinary advice if you think they may have ingested any stems.
- The vase is not included.

Item is not due for delivery until next week. I have had notification that DPD have received flowers(parcel) so I hope they are delivered in good condition.

I’ve seen a better £15 bouquet from Aldi, it looks sad after just 4 days yet says guaranteed for 7 days. Definitely not worth the price, but I can see where they make their margins, certainly not on cards.

Flowers were damaged and broken by courier…my mum was very upset

Royal mail failed to deliver all items on time in fact were 4 days late...claiming no one was in on 2 occasions when they were. The flower box was damaged on delivery. This is not the first occasion this has happened.with a moonpig delivery. Therefore unlikely to use the service again
