I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and a birthday card on 19th May to be delivered by the 24th May at the latest. I received an email from DPD saying they had my order but would not deliver until Tuesday 26th May meaning it would be too late fir my sisters birthday and meaning that the courier company would have had the flowers for over 3 days. I called Moonpig to request a refund as it was passed the day I needed them delivered and the flowers would be half dead by the time they would be delivered. They offered me my delivery fee of 7.99. I spent almost 50 on a bunch of potent dead flowers that would be delivered too late!! Disgusting and I certainly will not order anything through Moonpig AGAIN!!
