Not great delivery times. You need to order well in advance as it can take them a week to deliver cards that are purchased with first class delivery. No point in paying for first class in my opinion! Also their customer service bot is useless.

Extremely disappointing moonpig, you said my card got “lost” what an excuse, this was for my elderly father in his 80’s, he doesn’t get Many cards, so frustrating for me when you respond to my email and say you will resend for free!!!! That makes it all ok now you’ve missed his birthday. And no response from my email to you for 2 days. I don’t even know if he got the card as I am in Australia. I will not be using this service again!!!!

My dad did not receive this card for his birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on the 9th January. Plenty of time for his birthday on the 11th January. He still hasn’t received it now. He thinks I have forgotten his birthday and is not happy with me
