Product was left out in open and melted product unrecognisable

Got next day delivery, card came no bother but took 5 days for the chocolate games controller to arrive which at this point was 3 days late for my grandsons birthday which was disappointing, parcel went to a different area not happy
My son loved the chocolate bars espresso as he’s a gamer😁.

I ordered the chocolate and beer at the same time. The beer arrived a couple of days before his birthday and the chocolate arrived separately on his birthday (we’d thought it had got lost). Disappointing especially as it wasn’t cheap.
