Great service
Very disappointed with Moonpig. For second time, the order took longer to arrive than expected. Secondly, the personalisation on the editable cards was limited (unable to change font size on text fields front of card). Also, it seems impossible to reorder copes of an already supplied bespoke order without designing the whole card again from scratch. Also, ordering multiple number of same personalised cards (in this case a party invitation) has same cost per card, which is very poor - there should be an initial price for editing, thereafter multiple copies should be less per card. Finally, the support is very poor, with the queue to chat failing several times and putting me back to position 4 from position 1. Simply not good enough. Employ more staff and improve your services Moonpig!
