Lovely card but postal costs high as I ordered too close to the time I needed it. So next time will plan better and keep postage costs down !

I received my Confirmation Card two days after I ordered it (great) I was happy with the card but there was no envelope with it who gives a confirmation card to a child not in an envelope. I was disappointed this is the first time this has happened now I’ve to find a envelope that fits the card not happy at all.

The card is beautiful & was well received. However, I had a problem with your delivery process. The card only got there today when it was to be there last Monday 2/19, so I was v disappointed about that as I had people watching the post everyday for it & it took the fun out of the surprise. I don’t know if that’s totally in your control or not but you should not ask for the date you need it there by if you can’t commit to that date. It would be better not to have that option & send it out asap.
