The birthday card was supposed to arrive on the 28th April but didn't arrive until the 4th May, very poor service. I would expect a full refund.

Would of been 5 stars but due to an auto correct spelling error there was a error which I was unable to edit after checkout. I therefore had to make a further purchase of same item. Therefore value for money was not good.
