Fantastic quality good value for money. My first card came without an envelope, after I put in a complaint Moonpig told me to repeat my order free of charge. The 2nd one came 2 days later unfortunately without the envelope again! So I bought an A4 envelope myself.

Product itself is fine. However if you purchase a birthday card for someone and it arrives 3 days after the date the card was due to arrive, missing the birthday itself, it’s pointless. Wasted money. This has happened several times now and the choice of paying extra for guaranteed delivery over 1st class post seems to have gone? Time to find another provider.
