Great card- dreadful delivery service- for which I paid extra! Paid for it to arrive 24th December- has not arrived at destination and it’s now 26th

Despite being ordered well in advance, the card did not arrive on time. I had to print out a copy of it and give the copy to the recipients. They loved it, but I wish I could have given them the real card. This may not be Moonpig's fault; it may be the fault of the delivery service (or more so, at least). But due to this, I cannot award more than two stars. Update: The card finally arrived 10 days after the "earliest delivery date" and was not in perfect condition, as there were some (undesired) grey markings on the inside. The card was imperfect and very late; this can only merit one star.
