Wasn’t sure what go get my grandson for his 23rd birthday and he lives 100 miles away looked on Amazon but decided the best deal was with Moonpig. I got notified when it was received by Royal Mail and time being delivered by Rotal Mail with full tracking number from them. My grandson really enjoyed his gift.

You advertised British beer’s, sadly 4 were largers and my husband doesn’t like larger. You also have a box set that states larger. If I had wanted them I would have ordered them. This is very misleading.

Product well liked by recipient but Royal Mail did not deliver, not your fault definitely the fault of Royal Mail. I needed to contact you as it was a card and present for my grandson’s birthday. The AI assistant was very helpful although initially I had difficulty in finding the icon to initiate the contact. You promptly delivered the very next day which I was very impressed and pleased with. I hope that you are reimbursed by Royal Mail as it is their responsibility to deliver, you had done your job and they clearly had it in their system. I am a great fan of Moonpig and am sorry that you had to send my order twice. I remain faithful to you and am grateful for your extremely prompt action in rectifying the problem. Thank you.

The beers were smashed when they arrived and I refused delivery with Royal Mail. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact Moonpig to ask for a refund and have not had any response whatsoever and cannot find a contact on their website to follow up on how they will deal with my complaint. Would not order from them again and would not recommend anyone ordering items that can be damaged in transit as they do not ensure that the items are sufficiently packed to prevent damage.
