Received delivery notification, of a card and gift i sent to a friend, with a confirmation picture of a rubbish bin at a house I didn't recognise. But my gift to my friend didn't arrive. Today is her birthday and no gift at her door. She lives in Rochester Kent, I live in Newcastle upon Tyne. Was told by your rep, to wait, as post office sends the bin pic regularly, before actual delivery.??? I waited still no new delivery notification. Seems odd to me. Not a happy bunny. You have the supposed delivery pic.
